Meet Leo,
the founder.
Hi, I'm Leo, the founder and CEO of LB — Global Market Consulting.
I graduated in International Trade from Universidade Feevale, Brazil, with expertise in International Events Management at Fontys University, the Netherlands. With over six years of experience in business development and events management, I have developed proven lead generation, prospection, and sales skills, driving growth for the companies I’ve worked with.
My background as an International Market Expert and curious-adventurous spirit have led me to learn from many cultures I met along, between living with Europeans on the Emerald Island, spending a month in Mexico with my family to learn Spanish, and visiting some countries to work or leisure, I have gained much experience of how to communicate with so many people from different worlds, professional and personally.
On the business side, I have worked closely with Governmental Trade Promotion Agencies, Associations, and the Private Sector, establishing key connections to facilitate communication between clients and strategic partners across the United States, Latin America, Europe, Africa, and Asia.

Motivated by feedback from clients who consistently recognize me as a business and results-oriented professional with a creative and communicative mindset, I decided to channel my commitment and experience into LB Global Market Consulting. Our vision is to be the leading consultancy for international players seeking to access new markets, mainly Brazil, and our mission is to guide them through their market access journey, helping them navigate uncertainties and establish a strong presence abroad.
